Anything you upload is private to you.

Unless of course, you share (send) it someone.

But other than that, no-one else can access or see what you upload unless you give them your login credentials.*

Larger companies may wish to have multiple users sharing videos - in which case we can offer a premium subscription that has no space restrictions and allows collaboration between colleagues on Playlists, sharing videos, and soon: creating your own research briefs to consumers.

* Internally, it may be necessary for us to make sure that certain users are using the system lawfully - but apart from that - you're in there on your own.

All data is transmitted over Secure Socket Layers (SSL/https).

All videos are hosted within a Virtual Private Cloud with Amazon's Web Services

We therefore benefit from many of Amazon's far-reaching security measures:

Datacenter Classification according to the Uptime Institute

ISO 27001  - International Organization for Standardization
SOC2 - Service Organization Control

Assurance Programmes

Recovery Point Objective (RPO) is currently set at 4 hours. All services are constantly monitored from multiple locations.

Data leak prevention

Access to the architecture of the system is only online. No staff at any point have any physical access to server architecture. File uploading is monitored by user login.
